1. About our products
We sell liquidation merchandise, including customer returns, shelf pulls, overstock and closeout goods, by the pallet, truckload, box or lot. Merchandise is sold as-is, where-is. Items may be new, used, damaged, incomplete or non-functional. Product photos are representative only and manifests, piece counts and retail values are estimates that may vary.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from us. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for complying with any local laws that apply to reselling merchandise, including obtaining any required reseller permits or tax exemption certificates.
3. Orders and pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders affected by pricing errors, stock availability or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund. An order is accepted only when it has been shipped.
4. Payment
Payment must be received in full before an order ships. Applicable sales tax will be added unless a valid resale certificate is on file.
5. Shipping and risk of loss
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the shipment is delivered and signed for.
6. Refunds and returns
All sales are final except as described in our Refund & Returns Policy.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, all merchandise and the website are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Manufacturer warranties may not apply to liquidation goods.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost resale value.
9. Brand names
Retailer and brand names shown on our website describe the original source or type of the merchandise. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorized dealer of those retailers or brands.
10. Use of the website
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All content on this website is owned by or licensed to Liquidation Pallets Depot.
