This Shipping Policy explains how and when Liquidation Pallets Depot ships your order.
Where we ship
We ship across the continental United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and international destinations may be available on request; please contact us for a quote before ordering.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has cleared. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships.
Freight and delivery times
Pallets and truckloads ship by LTL (less-than-truckload) or full-truckload freight carriers. Smaller boxes may ship by parcel carrier. Typical transit times are:
- Pallets (LTL freight): 3–7 business days
- Truckloads: 5–10 business days
- Boxes and parcels: 2–6 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by weather, carrier capacity or other events outside our control do not qualify for a refund.
Shipping costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or quoted after you place your order, depending on the lot size, weight and destination. Some listings include free or flat-rate shipping, which will be shown on the product page.
Delivery requirements
- Freight is delivered curbside or to your dock. Carriers do not bring pallets inside or unload beyond the tailgate.
- If you do not have a loading dock or forklift, please request liftgate service when ordering (an additional fee may apply).
- Residential deliveries, limited-access locations and appointment scheduling may incur extra carrier fees.
- Someone must be available to receive and sign for the delivery. Redelivery or storage fees charged by the carrier are the buyer’s responsibility.
Local pickup
Local pickup from our warehouse may be available for some lots. Contact info@liquidationpalletsdepot.com to arrange a pickup appointment.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, we will email you the carrier name and tracking or PRO number so you can follow your shipment.
Damaged shipments
Always inspect your pallet before signing for it and note any visible damage on the bill of lading. See our Refund & Returns Policy for how to file a claim.
